I’m very satisfied with the service I received through Rick. He is a new Ibis dealer and I am very pleased with the attention and patience he gave me concerning the wait time everyone has experienced with the new Mojos. He did above and beyond what most dealers would do in terms of staying on top of my order and taking the time to answer all of my critical build questions. He actually drove to Ibis to pick up my frame in person so he could ship it out a few days faster for me. That’s service!
Being an engineer like myself, he made a lot of recommendations based on his personal bike fabrication knowledge and riding experience. It’s a nice touch for me to deal with someone that technical and knowledgeable in the mountain biking industry.
After the purchase was complete, I asked the question I always ask myself; “Would I buy from Bicycle Engineering again?” The answer is 100% yes, without hesitation.
